If you can’t stay in your current home until it sells, sell other assets such as your boat, your second or third car, or borrow against your 401(k). You might even consider a temporarily lengthy commute or leave your family in your current home, take an inexpensive rental in your new location and fly or drive home alternate weekends. There are plenty of homeowner loans that are smart, that are good buys, and that will save you considerable money and may actually make you some money. Debt consolidation loans are an example of the latter. Bridge loans, however, are seldom the best financial deal you can find, and are often one of the worst.

It is very tempting to play every hand because it is exiting and you want to have fun but if you really want to win games you need patience. patience is key in texas holdem. You can throw out hands that look like this: k,3 2,5 4,7 and so forth. You want to keep your strategy consistant as you play so you can learn it by heart and win games more often. Dont get any random hand and hope that the flop will be the mirical you are looking for. The main hands you will want to play with are; pocket aces, suited connectors, or two face cards. pocket aces is the best starting hand in texas holdem. The only problem with this hand is that the chance to ge this hand is 221 to 1. That is not a very likely hand you will get. This hand, if you can get it, will win almost every time. The only thing that you have to do is worry about betting. You don't want to raise too much becuase you can be outbid an lose because you cant play with some high rollers. Play it moderately, make a nice bet, not too much, not too little that you get nothing at all. Some people see one ace and they think they have a winning hand right there, but the truth is that they really dont have what they thought they did, and will lose all there money. A single ace is no the same as 2 aces. Every player at that point has a very high chance of also having one, 75% to be exact, which is pretty high by the way. Suited connectors are hands with cards that are consecutive in rank and have the same suite. For example: A? 2?, Q? J?, 5? 4?. The chance of getting this hand is 24 to one so it is not as hard to get as the aces but still a little challenge. When this hand is received you generaly dont want to raise because people will start to fold and you will lose out on there bets. These hands offer a chance at straights flushes and straight flushes which are very good pot winners. If you have 2 face cards you have an okey hand. This is not the greatest of hands but it is a hand to stay in with. Don't take this hand and bet before the flop because that is a good way to lose your money to the people who have a pocket pair. These hands are good for a game with many people because there is a better chance that you have the best hand in the group. You want to stay away from calling any raise with this hand so don't get too over zealous and think you have the greatest hand in the world. The hands that you are looking to create are straights and any find of flush. These will likely secure a win for you. Remember that hand selection is very important to winning. Don't play with every hand you get. It is normal to fold many hands in a single sitting of texas holdem. The fact that you are folding shows that you have patients for the game and you will win when the really good cards come along. Everyone experiences muscle cramps from time to time due to intense pain and an inability to use the affected leg muscles. It can occur at the front of the thigh (quadriceps), back of the thigh (hamstrings) and the lower legs or calves (gastrocnemius). A cramp can last from a few seconds to 15 minutes or longer, and can possibly recur several times before it goes away. But have you ever experienced waking up in the middle of the night with a sudden painful cramp in your leg? Is it so painful that it can even make you cry? This condition is referred to as night leg cramps. Night leg cramps are contractions of the leg muscles, usually in the back of the lower leg or calf. They usually occur just as you're about to fall asleep, or when you are about to wake up. When this happens, the leg muscles remain painfully tight and contracted. Experts say that the exact cause of night leg cramps is unknown but they believe that it may be due to the body's abnormal processing of electrolytes. Electrolytes such as salt and minerals are essential elements and chemical substances that your body needs for basic muscle functions. Other factors include inadequate stretching and muscle fatigue. Calcium deficiency is also one of the common causes of leg cramps at night especially among women. If you are post-menopausal, trying to lose weight, or don't consume enough calcium, you are susceptible to night leg cramps. To alleviate leg cramps, experts advise the increase calcium consumption. This can also prevent other problems associated with calcium deficiency like osteoporosis. When taken regularly, calcium supplements may help relieve the pain caused by leg cramps. Other causes of night leg cramps are prolonged sitting, pregnancy, diabetes, decreased potassium levels, neuromuscular disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, and alcohol use. Certain medications, such as albuterol, niacin, diuretics, and some calcium channel blockers and antipsychotic medications can also cause night leg cramps. Partially obstructed flow of blood to the legs and abnormal mineral or hormone levels can also be the causes for painful muscle cramps at night. If a person suffers from night leg cramps, there are some ways to make this annoying condition go away: · Apply a cold pack on the affected muscle to ease the pain. · Massage the affected muscle, to loosen the tension in the leg. · Try walking on the affected leg to stretch the muscles and get blood to circulate. · Straighten the leg and flex the foot towards your knee until the muscles stretch. · Take a hot bath to relax the muscles. To help prevent night leg cramps, it will help if a person drinks plenty of fluids during the day; stretches the calf muscles through wall push ups; applies a heating pad for ten minutes before going to sleep; and consumes adequate potassium as part of the daily diet. Quinine is the only drug that has been shown to be effective in treating night leg cramps. However, the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stopped the over-the-counter sale of this drug because of drug safety concerns. The FDA is looking into the reported side effects of the drug that include the possibility of causing birth defects and miscarriages. According to reports, Quinine also causes headache, disturbed vision, chest pain, asthma, ringing in the ears, and side effects. Although these have not been clinically proven to reduce the regularity of attacks, doctors may prescribe muscle relaxants, Benadryl, or vitamin E to help ease leg cramps. However, current research shows that Vitamin B-12 and Gabapentin are the most effective treatments. If a person is frequently suffering from leg cramps at night, it is still best to consult a doctor to get rid of this nocturnal problem that's creeping and twitching our legs and disturbs people from a good night's sleep.

The mystery behind enthusiasm

There has been so much written on the subject of enthusiasm that it could probably fit a volume of an encyclopedia. Every great man or woman that has spoken on the subject has recognized the magical power of enthusiasm. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, “Enthusiasm is the mother of effort, and without it nothing great was ever achieved." That is a pretty powerful statement! Kahlil Gibran wrote, “Enthusiasm is a volcano on whose top never grows the grass of hesitation.” Denis Waitley said, “Get excited and enthusiastic about your own dream. This excitement is like a forest fire - you can smell it, taste it, and see it from a mile away.” Norman Vincent Peale wrote, “Enthusiasm … spells the difference between mediocrity and accomplishment.” The list goes on and on. What is this magical power that everyone talks about? Where does it come from? How can you get it if you don’t have it? Those are important questions. What I find interesting is that out of all that has been written about enthusiasm, very little attention is given to these questions. Let’s look at the word a bit closer. The English word “enthusiasm” comes from two Greek terms, “En” and “Theos”. Most of our English language is taken from both Greek and Latin since these languages existed before English. The Greek word “En” means “in”, and the Greek word “Theos” means “God”. So the translation literally means “In God”. I have always found that interesting. Yet very little is said about this in the literature I have read on the subject of enthusiasm. Everyone that has written anything on enthusiasm will tell you it is something that comes from deep inside us. When we are enthusiastic, we are at our very best. We are the most sincere when we are enthused. We can win arguments, we can sell anything to anybody, and we can win at a job interview and get that job we have always wanted. We can achieve fantastic things when we are enthusiastic. We feel great when we are enthusiastic don’t we? I am convinced that enthusiasm is the power of God within us. En-Theos means in God. When we are enthused we exhibit that power; people can see it and feel it; but few are willing to admit what it really is because of the religious overtones that are associated with this line of thought. I am sure you heard it said that enthusiasm is catchy. There is no secret there. If you are in God when you are enthusiastic, and people catch your enthusiasm, it’s not “your” enthusiasm they are catching; it is the power of God that is within the both of you. When two people are enthused about the same thing at the same time they are in God, or God is in them. This is no mystery to me and it shouldn’t shock anyone who is reading this unless you are touchy about religious overtones. I think there is a world of difference between religion and spirituality and what I am talking about here is pure spirituality not religion. In fact, I personally can vouch for the fact that I have never heard a discussion about enthusiasm like this in a church. The sooner you can get over the prejudice you may have about religious overtones the sooner you can begin accepting what true enthusiasm is. Once we cross that bridge many things become possible. For example, we can answer such questions as were posed at the beginning of this article. The first was, “What is this magical power that everyone talks about?” It is now obvious that it is the spark of life within us all, the burning fire of God’s power within us. The second question was, “Where does it come from?” The power comes from within but it originates from God. The third question was,” How do you get it if you don’t have it?” The simple answer is you already have it inside you; we all do! If you feel you don’t have it, it’d because something is preventing that power from coming out. Shyness can stop it. Insecurity or low self-esteem can stop it. Fear can stop it. Your belief system can stop it. If you want to get it back, there is no mystery about that. We can all get our enthusiasm going by getting in touch with ourselves. That of course is the simple answer because time does not allow us to elaborate here. However, I would recommend attending a self-empowerment seminar, or read a good book that moves you. Everyone is different and you need to find what moves you. When you do you will have accomplished much. Most people don’t know what motivates them. I could find that out about you in a one hour workshop. As you go out into the world today feel that power that is within you. Understand that you have it just as much as everyone else does. God was not exclusive when he handed out enthusiasm. In fact it may surprise you to learn that your enthusiasm existed right along with His from a long time ago. Remember you have the spark of life within you. You can do anything you put your mind to. That is self-empowerment!

Internet marketers declared that the more links that appeared on your site, the higher it would rank in Google. Suddenly link pages from websites started to run into multiple pages as the race was on to exchange links with whoever would agree. Some sites started to have thousands of links point to their sites and began rising in the search engine rankings. Of course the game of cat and mouse with Google continued as the search engine giant once again changed its algorithms. It is now widely accepted that previous linking strategies are failing because of what Google now expects from links. RELEVANCY Google expects links on a site to be relevant to the readers of the original site. ONE WAY LINKS Google gives a much higher priority to one-way links without a reciprocal link in return. Most links on link page directories were exchanged with any site who would reciprocate. Therefore most of these sites were not relevant to the original site. Most link directories contain the same anchor text in all links, as this anchor text was advertised on the "link to us" page. Watering a lawn in the proper manner is one of the most misunderstood and most neccessary steps in keeping up a healthy, attractive lawn. Most people water there lawn too long and not often enough. Here are some awesome guidlines to ensure a the most effective and efficient method to properly water your lawn. First of all soak your lawn only to the depth of the root zone and no further. Each time you water you should moisten the soil to a depth of 6-8 in. when watering bluegrass and 8-11 in. on other grasses. This will ensure that you wter only to the grass's active root zone. The length of time and amount of water it will take to moisten the root zone depend on soil type and the irrigation system. Sandy soils will be penetrated more quickly and more deeply than clay and other softer soils. To determine the length of time required to moisten your lawn's root zone: This is an awesome formula given by a well known University...Run the sprinklers for 15 minutes. Twenty-four hours later, dig a small hole in the ground or use a probe to determine how deeply the soil is moistened. You will use this information to determine how long to water each time. To calculate the number of minutes to water the lawn divide 120 by the depth of the moistened soil in inches. For example, if the water soaked in 4 in., figure 120/4 = 30 minutes. It would take an hour to soak in eight inches. If it soaked in 6 in., the lawn should be watered for 20 minutes (120/6 in. = 20 minutes). However, bluegrass has a shallower root system than other grasses; it needs to be soaked to a depth of only 6-8 in. (instead of 8-12 in). Take the second example above: In 15 minutes, water soaked in 6 in. You would need to water a bluegrass lawn for only 15 minutes instead of the 20 minutes calculated for other types of grass. Once the length of the watering period is established, use the same period each time you water, no matter what the season. If water starts to run off the lawn before the end of the watering period, turn the water off for one hour and let the water soak in; then turn the sprinklers back on and finish watering. Runoff is sometimes caused by excess thatch. If thatch is more than 1/2 in. thick, the lawn should be dethatched. Dethatch cool-season lawns (bluegrass or fescue) in early spring or late summer. Dethatch bermudagrass lawns in late spring. Proper mowing, watering and fertilization can reduce the buildup of thatch. To reduce thatch buildup, avoid overwatering the lawn. When the lawn needs water the grass will take on a bluish or dull green color and the blades will begin to fold or roll. Footprints will remain visible after the lawn is walked on. Tree and shrub roots competing with the turf will require additional water. Once a month soak the soil very deep to encourage tree and shrub root development below the turf root zone. Leave the sprinklers on three times the normal time or use a soaker hose under the entire tree canopy. The best time of day to water is in the early morning. Less water evaporates if lawns are watered when temperatures are cool and winds are calm. These conditions occur most frequently in early morning. Late afternoon and evening watering also reduces evaporation losses if winds are calm, but tends to encourage disease because the grass stays moist all night. Many of the fungus diseases that affect grass require water droplets or high humidity to sporulate and infect the plants. Midday watering is more convenient for many people and does not harm the lawn. However, more water is lost to evaporation. In most situations sprinklers are the most effective way to water lawns. Flood irrigation can also be used on level lawns where a water source is available. Sprinkler spray patterns should overlap 80-100% depending on the type of sprinkler system that is installed. Follow the manufacturer's directions for proper sprinkler installation. A good system must provide even water distribution to all grassed areas. The water must be applied to only the grassed areas, not to walls, sidewalks, driveways or streets. Use the can test described above to gauge uniformity.
